Our 7th & 8th grade teams that went to Brain Games 🧠 were the only ones that dressed in the Olympics theme. They had fun and represented Breese Elementary well!
Scholar bowl team finished 2 and 2 in pool play. They advanced to the Consolation bracket were they were defeated in the first round. Elaina Wilkins finished on the 1st Team all-tournament team with 25 correct toss-ups. Great Job Bobcat Scholar Bowl Team!
Today was our first official PAWS Day! Our focus word for January was respect, and these students were selected for the January PAWS Award for consistently demonstrating respect. Their actions help make Breese Elementary a better place for everyone. Way to go, Bobcats! 🐾💜🐾

A group of our 3rd & 4th graders recently headed to Rend Lake College to participate in the Brain Games, and we couldn’t be more proud! 💪 They were challenged, pushed their brains to the max, and had a blast while representing Breese Elementary School with pride! 💜🧠🎉💜
